In Canda and in the U.S prior to joining GERSONLAW, Ms Bhandal advised boards of directors of common interest developments (“CID”) on how to satisfy their fiduciary obligations and maintain compliance with statutes and regulations, including but not limited to, the Davis-Stirling Act and California Corporations Code. She also counselled boards of directors of CIDs concerning the application and implications of governing documents, including articles of incorporation, declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions, bylaws and rules and regulations.
